Stanchion Rentals in Vaughan
Vaughan does volume at both ends of the corporate calendar. At one end are some of the largest banquet venues in the region, where gala season means step-and-repeat walls, VIP entrances and a coat check with a line at it. At the other are Vaughan Mills and the retail corridors around it, where an opening draws a queue before the doors are unlocked. The equipment list for those two jobs barely overlaps.

Gala kit and opening kit
Gala kit is rope. Gold or chrome posts with 5ft velvet ropes — red, white, black, pink or navy — at $19 per stanchion per day, with a red carpet runner from $60 for a 4x10ft where the arrival gets photographed. Sign holders at $10 each carry the seating plan and the sponsor board.
Opening kit is belt. Retractable posts with an 8ft belt each, $19 per stanchion per day, because a sidewalk queue changes shape three times before noon and rope does not. When the event moves into a parking lot, 7ft x 4ft barricades at $39 each with 25lb sandbags at $15 take the outer edge.
Gala season books out before the date does
The constraint here is not price, it is quantity on a Saturday in the autumn. Sixty gold posts for one evening is a normal order in Vaughan and it is also most of a truck. If your event is in that window, put the real quantity into the calculator early — we can tell you what exists for your date, and a shortfall is much easier to solve four weeks out than four days.
Availability is confirmed when an order is paid in full, not when it is quoted, which is worth knowing when two events want the same sixty posts on the same night.
Delivery, collection and the minimum
The $150 minimum is one round-trip charge covering delivery and collection, billed once, and setup is optional on top. An order's equipment has to come to $150 before tax and delivery are worked out.
Coat check is the queue nobody orders for
Every gala plans the entrance and forgets that four hundred people arrive within twenty minutes and all of them are carrying a coat. The coat check line is usually the longest queue of the night and the one with the least floor space allowed for it.
Belt posts are the right tool there — 8ft spans, a switchback against a wall, and it can be reshaped once you see which way the room fills. Six posts is the usual answer for a room of four hundred, and it is six posts most orders leave off.

Questions we get from Vaughan
Our banquet hall has its own loading dock rules. Does that matter?
It changes the timing, not the price. Put the dock window and any union or venue restrictions in the notes field and we will work inside them. Delivery to Vaughan starts at $150 either way.
How much rope does a step-and-repeat need?
Less than people order. Two posts and one rope hold the line at the wall; the queue behind it is what needs the length. Decide how long the queue is first, then count posts at one every five feet for rope.
Can we get gold and black on the same order?
Yes. Finishes are per line in the calculator, so a gold entrance and a black perimeter go on the same request without splitting it in two.
