Outdoors is barricade work
7ft x 4ft galvanized panels at $39 each build stage fronts, perimeters and controlled entry points, with 25lb sandbags at $15 keeping them upright. Retractable belt stanchions at $19 per stanchion per day shape the queues that form at gates and food lines, where you need direction rather than a barrier.
Indoor corporate functions flip the mix: rope stanchions with 5ft velvet ropes at $19 per stanchion per day for reserved sections and entrances, a red carpet runner from $60 for an awards night, and sign holders at $10 each for seating charts and sponsor recognition.
Plan the staging point, not the address
A park does not have a loading dock, and "Town Centre Park" is not a delivery instruction. The orders that go smoothly name a staging point — which gate, which lot, which compound — and give a window that matches when someone from your crew will actually be standing there.
Teardown is the same question in reverse. We book collection against your strike time so the barricades are not the last thing standing in a field at midnight, and that timing is part of the delivery charge rather than an extra.
One round trip, and the minimum
$160 covers delivery and collection as a single charge. Setup is optional and separate. An order has to reach $150 of equipment before tax and delivery are added — a stage front's worth of panels is past that on its own.
How much barricade a footprint takes
A panel is 7ft wide, so a run is its length divided by seven and rounded up. A 100ft festival perimeter is fifteen panels; a stage front twice the width of the stage is usually six to eight. Gates, sponsor entrances and accessible routes all subtract panels and add stewards, which is the trade every site plan makes somewhere.
Sandbags are not a percentage of the order, they are a count of exposed legs. A run along a treeline needs fewer than the same run across open grass beside the lake, and the open-grass version is the one people under-order.
Order the ballast with the panels rather than after the site visit. Sandbags are the item that turns a barricade line from a suggestion into a barrier, and they are the item most often left off a first draft of the order.

Questions we get from Coquitlam
Can you deliver to a park rather than a building?
Yes. Tell us the staging point — the gate, the lot, the compound — and we will put the equipment there rather than at the nearest street address. Park deliveries fail on vague locations more than anything else.
Can equipment stay out overnight?
Only if it is secure and you have told us. Otherwise we time collection to your teardown so nothing is left in a park after the crew has gone home.
Does the zone cover Port Coquitlam and Port Moody?
