What to put in the message

Four things make the reply useful: your dates, the city the event is in, roughly what you need and how much of it, and anything awkward about the venue — a loading bay that shuts at five, a lift that will not take a rolled carpet, an entrance with stairs and no other way in. Access is what most often changes a delivery and it is the thing least often mentioned.

If you have already built an order in the calculator, send that and put the questions underneath it. Answering a list is quicker than rebuilding one.
